目的:探讨肾移植术后红细胞增多症与环孢素A的关系。方法:对302例肾移植患者中72例红细胞增多症者的血红蛋白水平变化,与环孢素A服用剂量的关系,以及血环孢素A水平等进行研究。结果:72例患者平均血红蛋白峰值20054±1698g/L,范围167g/L~238g/L;血球压积峰值59±3%,范围51%~64%;血红蛋白增高初期血环孢素A浓度明显高于对照组(P<0002~0001);3例停用环孢素A血红蛋白降至正常;13例血红蛋白值下降与环孢素A服用剂量减少正相关(P<005~0001)。结论:肾移植术后存在环孢素A相关性红细胞增多症。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Cytosporine A and polycythemia after renal transplantation. Methods: The changes of hemoglobin level in 72 cases of polycythemia patients with 302 renal transplant recipients were studied with the dose of cyclosporin A and the level of cyclosporin A. Results: The mean hemoglobin of 72 patients was 20054 ± 1698 g / L, ranging from 167 g / L to 238 g / L. The peak value of hematocrit was 59 ± 3%, ranging from 51% to 64%. Hemoglobin A concentration was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0002 ~ 0001); 3 cases stopped cyclosporine A hemoglobin returned to normal; 13 cases of hemoglobin decreased with cyclosporine dose decreased (P < 0 05 ~ 0 001). CONCLUSIONS: Cyclosporin A-related polycythemia is present after kidney transplantation.
