贝类作为无脊椎动物,体内不存在特异性免疫细胞和相应的抗体,但是贝类可以通过一些异于脊椎动物的独特免疫机制来抵抗外界病原体的侵入同时能够进行异己物质的识别。文章综述了贝类免疫体系中细胞免疫、体液免疫及化学递质等方面的新进展。贝类免疫机制的研究不仅有利于提高其自身的抗病能力,也对高等动物免疫机制的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。
Shellfish, as invertebrates, do not have specific immune cells and corresponding antibodies in the body, but shellfish can resist the invasion of external pathogens through some unique immune mechanisms different from vertebrates and can recognize the foreign substances. The article reviewed the recent advances in the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and chemical transmitters in the shellfish immune system. The study of shellfish immune mechanism not only helps to improve its own disease resistance, but also has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of immune mechanism of higher animals.
