道德的完善和职业训练对中职学生来说同样重要。作为教育工作者应该如何管理好学生的日常生活习惯和行为,并调动其参与管理的积极性呢?这需要让学生和老师之间真正做到道德体验的交流。而作为教育工作者为了能够实现个人发展与班级进步的双赢局面,达到教育的真正目的,我们应该和学生将心比心,相互尊重,学会站在学生的立场来思考和处理问题。
Moral improvement and vocational training are equally important to secondary vocational students. As educators how to manage the daily habits and behavior of students and to mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in management? This requires students and teachers to truly exchange the moral experience. As educators in order to achieve a win-win situation between personal development and class progress, and to achieve the real purpose of education, we should be pampered with the students, mutual respect, learn to stand on the student’s position to think and deal with the problem.
