张××男孩 7岁 1988年5月11日按流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎收入传染科病房。主诉:双耳下肿胀10天,伴头疼、呕吐8天。现病史:患儿于入院前10天双侧耳下出现肿胀,伴发热,但未测体温。发病后2日自述头疼,出现喷射性呕吐,每日2～3次。曾在当地医院治疗,先后服用黄连素、强的松1天,静点青霉素、地塞米松,654—2、先锋霉素、碳酸氢钠等药。因病情仍无好转,来我院门诊。作脑脊液检查;蛋白(+),糖2～5管(+),细胞数148个,中性粒细胞11％,淋
