最近,我们对全区210户国营工业企业自有流动资金的情况进行了调查。主要问题是:(1) 自有资金比例下降。全区国营工业企业自有流动资金占全部流动资金的比例由1980年的31％下降到只有19％。其中,自有流动资金不足30％的企业占全部企业的65％。(2) 自有资金分布不平衡。中央企业与地方企业比较,中央企业高于地方企业。地方企业中,煤炭行业高于其他行业。最低的轻工业只占9％。企业与企业比较,差别更大。有的高达80％以上,而有的企业,特别是新建、(?)建企业自
Recently, we investigated the situation of self-owned liquidity in 210 state-owned industrial enterprises in the region. The main problems are: (1) The proportion of self-owned funds has decreased. The proportion of self-owned liquidity of the state-owned industrial enterprises in total liquidity fell from 31% in 1980 to just 19%. Among them, companies with less than 30% of their own liquidity accounted for 65% of all companies. (2) Unbalanced distribution of own funds. Compared with local enterprises, central enterprises are higher than local enterprises. Among local enterprises, the coal industry is higher than other industries. The lowest light industry only accounts for 9%. The difference between enterprises and enterprises is even greater. Some are as high as 80% or more, and some companies, especially new ones, build companies themselves.
