牛东1井是中国石油集团公司2010年在冀中地区部署的一口重点风险探井,完钻井深为6 013 m,井底温度约为203℃。该井三开、四开井段含有大段泥岩和含膏泥岩,极易引起缩径、垮塌等复杂情况,对钻井液性能提出了极高要求。研发出了一套密度在1.20~2.0 g/cm3之间可调、抗温达200℃、抗盐膏污染能力强的“三高”钻井液。现场应用结果表明:在整个钻进过程中该钻井液性能稳定,抑制性强,返出钻屑棱角分明,高温高压滤失量小于10 mL;与邻井相比,虽然机械钻速降低25.33%,但施工周期却减少了2.39%,表明该钻井液满足了三开、四开井段的钻进要求,其优良的井壁稳定和井眼清洁能力,很大程度地减少了复杂事故的发生及其处理时间。
