通过二次调节扭矩加载装置数学模型研究 ,从硬件角度得出实验装置中二次调节转速系统和转矩系统间的耦合关系与检测信号的类型和传感器的安装位置有关的结论 .将转矩转速传感器从液压马达和加载对象之间移至加载对象和负载泵之间可以极大地降低两系统间的耦合 ;如果将转矩转速传感器换成单一的转速传感器 ,而在负载泵变量油缸上安装位移传感器间接检测加载转矩 ,则两系统间的耦合作用可完全消除 .最后对比了两种硬件消耦的优缺点
