目的观察空气消毒机对医院手术室空气消毒效果,以评价其实际应用效果。方法采用平板沉降采样和细菌培养方法,评价该多因子组合空气净化装置对手术室空气中自然菌净化效果,并与紫外线灯照射消毒作平行比较。结果启动YKX/Y型空气消毒机和紫外线灯作用30 min,5 min后采样,手术室空气中细菌总数<200cfu/m3,随着时间的延长,空气中菌数逐渐增加,15 min后细菌总数逐渐增加到200 cfu/m3以上。在手术室有6人工作的情况下,空气消毒机持续运行,可使空气细菌继续保持在<200 cfu/m3。结论试验用空气消毒机可以在手术期间持续消毒,可以维持手术室内空气中细菌总数<200 cfu/m3。
Objective To observe the effect of air disinfection machine on the air disinfection of hospital operating room to evaluate its practical application. Methods The method of flat sedimentation and bacterial culture was used to evaluate the purification effect of the multi-factor air purification device on the natural bacteria in the air of the operating room and compared with the ultraviolet disinfection.
