借助于Altair FEKO产品中的多层快速多极子(MLFMM)算法,本文给出了应用于太赫兹频段的透镜天线的全尺寸模型计算过程。通过将有限元(FEM)和MLFMM方法结合,我们实现了集成平面对数周期天线的透镜一体化设计与分析,研究获得了模型的回波损耗、远场和近场辐射特性的结果。计算表明,所设计天线的回波损耗低于-10 dB,平均增益为28 dB,具有良好对称性和高工作带宽等特点。
With the Multilayer Fast Multipole (MLFMM) algorithm in Altair FEKO products, this paper presents a full-scale model calculation of a lens antenna for use in the terahertz band. Through the combination of finite element (FEM) and MLFMM method, we realized the lens integration design and analysis of integrated planar logarithmic periodic antennas, and obtained the results of the model’s return loss, far-field and near-field radiation characteristics. The calculation shows that the designed antenna has less than -10 dB return loss, 28 dB average gain, good symmetry and high working bandwidth.
