伴君康是具有消毒与去污双重功能的水溶性去污消毒剂，实验研究结果表明：伴君康１／５００作用５ｍｍ或１／２５０作用１ｍｍ对细菌繁殖体杀灭率达９９．９５％以上，可破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ（２５００ｎｇ／ｍｌ）与ＨＢｅＡｇ；在１０％小牛血清影响下，伴君康１／２００作用１ｍｉｎ对金黄色葡萄球杀灭率达９９．９９％以上；伴君康原液作用５ｍｉｎ对枯草杆菌芽胞和皮肤致病真菌杀灭率均为１００％；伴君康１／８０作用１ｍｉｎ可１００％灭活艾滋病毒（ＨＩＶＢＡ－２）。
