类淋巴组织增生性恶性肿瘤存在着许多与标本收集技术和标本稳定性有关联的问题,为了鉴定克隆,DNA探针的应用是明显地增加了。然而为了进行T细胞和B细胞基因的重组分析所采取供分析用的血液和骨髓标本中,我们注意到了在放置于Vacu-tainer管内的一个又一个病人的标本,若以肝素钠作为抗凝剂时会出现异常的可视为相同的DNA碎片,而假如在收集标本时,将标本中的抗凝剂改为ED-TA或枸缘酸盐葡萄糖(ACD)时就看不见上述情况了。
There are many problems associated with specimen collection techniques and specimen stability in lymphoid neoplastic malignancies. In order to identify clones, the use of DNA probes has increased significantly. However, in the analysis of blood and bone marrow specimens for the analysis of T-cell and B-cell gene recombination, we noticed specimens in one patient after another placed in a Vacu-tainer tube, if heparin sodium was used as an anticoagulant. Abnormalities can be seen as identical DNA fragments, and if the anticoagulant in the specimen is changed to ED-TA or marginal acid salt glucose (ACD) when the specimen is collected, this is not the case.
