6月29日下午,九届全国人大常委会第28次会议,以占出席人数97％的票率审议通过了《政府采购法》,这是我国第一部规范政府采购行为的法律,标志着我国政府采购步入一个依法运行的新发展阶段。
On the afternoon of June 29, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress examined and approved the Government Procurement Law at a vote of 97% of the attendance. This is the first law that regulates government procurement in our country, marking the China's government procurement has entered a new stage of development in accordance with the law.
