目的探讨并比较新疆雪莲培养物(TCSauI)乙醇提取物的抗辐射损伤作用。方法小鼠灌胃给予TCSauI乙醇提取物,剂量8.3、16.6、24.9 mg.kg-1,每天灌胃1次共30 d,于灌胃后第20天将对照组与试验组用60Coγ-ray照射,剂量1.0 Gy,每天1次共10次。观察小鼠体质量、外周白细胞数、SOD活性、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和平均存活时间的变化。结果与空白给药组相比,TC-SauI醇提物能使受照射小鼠的外周白细胞数、SOD活性和平均存活时间显著增加(P<0.01),骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论新疆雪莲培养物乙醇提取物具有抗辐射作用。
Objective To investigate and compare the anti-radiation effects of alcohol extracts of Xinjiang Saussurea involucrate (TCSauI). Methods The mice were intragastrically given TCSauI ethanol extract at the dosages of 8.3, 16.6 and 24.9 mg.kg-1. The mice were given gavage once a day for 30 days. On the 20th day after gavage, the control and experimental groups were exposed to 60Co γ-rays , Dose of 1.0 Gy once a day for a total of 10 times. The body weight, peripheral white blood cell count, SOD activity, micronucleus rate and mean survival time of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were observed. Results Compared with the blank control group, TC-SauI alcohol extract significantly increased peripheral white blood cell count, SOD activity and mean survival time (P <0.01), while micronuclei of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Xinjiang snow lotus culture ethanol extract has anti-radiation effects.
