应用电子探针观察分析金属与非金属金属材料微观组织的形貌、成份,为冶金反应的研究提供了深入的分析手段。本文简要介绍电子探针分析技术用于研究氧气转炉炼钢的成渣过程中石灰溶解的机理、石灰用于铁水炉外脱硫的反应机理以及冶炼过程中炉衬耐火材料的浸蚀机理。并对电子探针分析试样的制备提出要求。
Using electron probe to observe and analyze the morphology and composition of the microstructure of metallic and non-metallic metallic materials, it provides an in-depth analysis means for the study of metallurgical reaction. In this paper, the electronic probe analysis technique is briefly introduced to study the mechanism of lime dissolution in the process of oxygen converter steelmaking, the reaction mechanism of lime for desulfurization outside the furnace and the etching mechanism of the lining refractory in the smelting process. The requirements for the preparation of electron probe analysis samples are also presented.
