冷库是为贮存易腐食品而设置的,其中制冷装置是冷库中必不可少的设备之一,它的用途在于将食品的热量或外界传给库内的热量传递到库外。为贮存、加工冷冻食品每年消耗相当大的电能。据资料介绍,1982年全国商业系统冷藏企业总耗能量折合用电约14.2亿度,占全国耗能的1.08‰。本文仅从如下几方面分析一下冷库制冷系统,在保证产品质量的前提下,如何尽量少消耗能源的一些途径。
