俄国教育家乌申斯基说:教师的人格对于年轻的心灵来说是任何东西都不能代替的有益于发展的阳光,教育者的人格是教育事业的一切。只有人格才能影响人格的发展和形成,只有性格才能影响性格。在学校教育中学生经常把教师当成自己的楷模。教师作为学校教育教学活动的主体,与教育内容、教学方法等因素一起共同对学生产生影响,影响着学生的智慧、感情、个性的发展。洛克曾谈过:导师如果自己任性,那么教训儿童克制感情便是白费力气的,如果自己行为邪恶,举止无礼,则儿童的行为邪恶,举止无礼,也就无法改正。从这些也可以看出教师的专业性向对学生个性有着间接的影响。

Teachers as the main body of school education and teaching activities, together with educational content, teaching methods and other factors, have a common impact on students, affecting the development of students’ intelligence, feelings and personality. Locke once said that if the tutors are self-willed, then teaching children to exercise restraint is inefficient. If one acts evil and behaves badly, the child’s behavior will be evil and he will be unable to make corrections. From these, it can also be seen that the professionalism of teachers has an indirect effect on student’s personality.
