没有框架的反思是随意的、笼统的和盲目的,无法使教师全面准确地评价自己的教学,制约教师教学能力的提升。笔者多年来在听、评课过程中对教师反思进行了深入思考和研究,提炼和总结出了英语学科教学反思的框架。本文将从教学理念、教学设计、课堂实施三个方面入手,概括三个反思点,以期帮助教师解决反思
Reflections on the absence of a framework are arbitrary, general and blind, failing to enable teachers to evaluate their own teaching in an all-round and accurate manner and restricting the improvement of teachers' teaching abilities. Over the years, the author has conducted in-depth thinking and research on teachers' reflections in the process of listening and commenting, and has refined and summarized the framework of teaching reflections in English.
