我所光学薄膜技术是在1953年开始建立,1955年首次制备成氟化镁增透膜、铝加硫化锌保护膜和铬半镀镜、铬电阻等。1956年开始建立多层膜制备技术。现就我所光学薄膜技术进展情况分述于下: 一、光学薄膜设计理论光学薄膜设计的基本任务在于确定膜系的结构使之具有所要求的光谱特性。设计理论有分析和合成两种方法。分析方法乃是对给定了的多层膜系利用矩阵、递推、矢量等方法计算出光谱特性曲线,而合成方法则是对给定了的光谱特性要求合成出多层膜系的结构。我所在
