我们应用F_(2a)型(南斯拉夫引进之依链株,菌株号51274)和F_(1b)型(武汉军事医科所选育之依链株,菌株号51277)两种单价菌苗对同一地区人群随机(单双号)分为两组,进行了预防效果观察。经均衡性比较,两组年龄分布相仿。试验区痢疾菌群(型)分布大致为F_(1b)占18/70,F_(2a)占7/70,其它占45/70。服苗共5次,成人用量F_(1b)共23丸,活菌1908.6亿;F_(2a)共8丸,活菌1601.6亿。7~12岁为成人剂量之2/3,3~6岁为1/3,观察期间
