目的评价某汽车生产企业技术改造项目进行职业病危害控制的效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查方法进行综合评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为:噪声、高温、电焊弧光、氧化铁尘、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、氧化锌、臭氧、铜烟、氮氧化物、石蜡烟、丁酮和溶剂汽油等,各检测指标的合格率为100% 该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,针对上述职业病危害因素,应从多方面采取有效的防控措施,达到职业病危害的控制要求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational disease hazard control in a technological transformation project of an automobile manufacturer. Methods The method of on-site occupational hygiene was used for comprehensive evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were noise, high temperature, arc welding, iron oxide dust, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, welding dust, manganese and its compounds, zinc oxide, ozone, copper smoke, nitrogen oxides, paraffin smoke, Ketone and solvent gasoline, the passing rate of each test index is 100%. The project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. According to the above-mentioned occupational hazards, effective prevention and control measures should be taken in many aspects to meet the control requirements of occupational hazards.
