思想政治教学中的师生自我效能感,是师生在完成教与学任务中的信念、判断和感觉,是师生在主观上的意识。它对师生的认知、情感、行为和评价产生影响,进而影响相互之间的关系协调,影响彼此自我效能感的变化。当师生自我效能感较强时,有利于师生关系的和谐发展,反之,师生关系发生负性变化。把握师生自我效能感的相互关系及互动作用,对于推进教学发展,促进学生学习质量的提高,具有积极作用。
The self-efficacy of teachers and students in ideological and political education is the beliefs, judgments and feelings of teachers and students in completing the tasks of teaching and learning. It is the subjective consciousness of teachers and students. It influences teachers and students’ cognition, emotion, behavior and evaluation, and then influences the coordination of the relationship between them and affects the change of mutual self-efficacy. When teachers and students have a strong sense of self-efficacy, they are conducive to the harmonious development of the teacher-student relationship. On the contrary, there is a negative change in teacher-student relationship. Grasping the mutual relationship and interaction of teacher-student self-efficacy has a positive effect on promoting the development of teaching and promoting the improvement of students’ learning quality.
