人文性,“其实就是一种语文式的精神关怀”,是如同空气般地充满着我们课堂教学的空间,随手即可拣来的东西。过去,我们过多关注的是教材,是教学任务,是课堂教学的流水线,是为了让课堂教学圆满达到目的的方式方法,是训练和落实。而忽视的则是最应该让我们关注的对象——人。正因为这样,语文教学才过分地注重了课堂活动的完善,注重了双边活动的配合,注重了学生的表现,而“精神关怀”永远只是课堂活动中的附属品。
Humanistic, “actually a language-based spiritual care,” is like the air filled with our classroom teaching, readily picking things. In the past, we paid too much attention to teaching materials, teaching tasks, and the assembly line of classroom teaching. It was a way and means to make classroom teaching a success. It was training and implementation. What is overlooked is the object that should be the most important to us - people. It is precisely because of this that language teaching has excessively focused on the improvement of classroom activities, focusing on the cooperation of bilateral activities, and focusing on the performance of students. “Mental care” is always an accessory in classroom activities.
