对铸石样品进行了成分、物相和结构等方面测试分析。尤其是经过显微结构的详细研究表明,原料选择决定着铸石制品组成物相种类、矿物晶体粗细和生长聚集方式。显微结构特征与岩浆熔体的结晶能力密切相关。生产工艺影响着能否获得均匀细密的理想结构,并最终决定制品质量和成品率。
The cast stone samples were tested for composition, phase and structure. In particular, detailed studies of the microstructure show that the choice of raw materials determines the type of the composition of the cast stone products, the thickness of the mineral crystals, and the growth and aggregation patterns. The microstructure characteristics are closely related to the crystallization ability of the magmatic melt. The production process influences whether it is possible to obtain an even and compact ideal structure and ultimately determines the product quality and yield.
