在中师、幼师生物学课本遗传学部分,多处提到隐性致病基因造成的遗传病,对此学生感到有兴趣,愿意学,提出不少问题,企望老师多补充讲全教透.现谈谈我的教法.一、让学生掌握分析遗传病的钥匙钥匙就是我们所教生物学上的遗传学规律,即孟德尔的基因分离规律,基因的自由组合规律及摩尔根的基因的连锁和互换规律.特别是近年来,人类X染色体的基因遗传即性连锁遗传规律则分析得比较明确.经证明不仅适用于动、植物,也完全适用于人类的遗传规律及遗传疾病的分析.让学生学好遗传学基础知识,也就掌握分析遗传病的钥匙了.二、让学生开扩其知识的眼界减少疑惑
