吐哈油田三塘湖盆地火山岩地层具有岩石成分复杂、储层基质物性差、天然裂缝发育、非均质强、地应力梯度高、敏感性强、自然产能低等特点,这给压裂增产改造增加了不少难度。针对其地质复杂性,在室内研究评价的基础上,形成了针对该区块储层压裂增产改造技术方案,包括:①低伤害的乳化压裂液体系;②小粒径陶粒多段支撑剂段塞、30~50目和20~40目陶粒组合加入方式;③测试压裂G函数分析选择合理排量;④高比例液氮助排等。研究成果在三塘湖盆地卡拉岗组探井应用10井次,施工成功率为90%,有效率为100%。结果表明,乳化压裂液与三塘湖盆地强水敏火山岩具有良好的适应性,防膨率为70%~80%,伤害率为20%~30%,压后压裂液排液效率较水基压裂液提高约30.0%,单井压后最高产量达25.12m3/d,达到了低伤害压裂的要求。
