In the second issue of the 1986 edition of the journal Shihezi Medical College, he published the article “Comment on who should bear this fee” by Comrade Ru Kegui, and added an editor’s comment. He would like to talk about his own views. As a doctor, we must not forget our sacred duties under any conditions. Even on a wasteland, we can care, considerate, and encourage people to comfort and relieve their suffering. In a socialist hospital, how can a serious patient die at the entrance to the hospital, or be struggling in the aisle of an emergency department and nobody cares? It is a scenario in a capitalist country that will not disregard its reputation. If all citizens enjoy publicly funded medical care, this problem will not exist. But what about the economic difficulties today? I think the family is the epitome of a country or a unit. Different economic families make children enjoy different things.
