最近,商业部组织商业、粮食、供销三个系统,对1983年以来人才现状的调查、统计和对1995年、2000年两个目标年度的人才预测。在这一工作中,我看到近几年来职工教育工作成绩显著,为企业培养了大批人才;同时,也发现在职工教育工作中,由于没有重视企业对人才现实需要量的调查、统计,使我们在了解人才的培养与企业实际需要的关系以及在制定科学的职工教育发展规划时,缺少了一个重要的参量和依据,以致造成盲目办学,影响了职工教育工作的声誉和地位。为此,本文就这个问题,谈些自己的看法。企业对人才的现实需要量,是指企业在一定时间内,根据具体情况和各个岗位对人才的专业知识和专业能力的要求,并适当考虑社会发展和未来情况的变
