记忆是从识记开始,通过感知、理解、实际活动,使有关事物在大脑中形成暂时的神经联系痕迹的过程,这些痕迹在大脑中贮存的过程称作保持。在一定的刺激下,保持在大脑中的暂时神经联系的痕迹能够活跃起来而再现。所以,识记、保持和再现是记忆的三个不可分割的过程。控制论观点讨论这个过程为信息的输入→贮存→输出。对此教师在每一过程中都要为学生提供方便,尤其第一阶段是记忆过程的开始,是关键,更值得重视。所以讨论记忆的生理基础,寻求记忆的规律,掌握一定的记忆方法对教与学都有实际意义。
Memorization begins with memorization, and through the process of perception, understanding, and actual activity, the process of making temporary connections between the things in the brain and the process of storing these traces in the brain is called preservation. With certain stimulation, the traces of temporary neural connections that remain in the brain can be played back and reproduced. Therefore, remembering, keeping, and reproducing are three inseparable processes of memory. The cybernetic viewpoint discusses the process of inputting, storing, and outputting information. Teachers must provide convenience for students in every process. In particular, the first stage is the beginning of the memory process. It is the key and deserves more attention. Therefore, discussing the physiological basis of memory, seeking the laws of memory, and mastering certain memory methods have practical significance for teaching and learning.
