目的本实验探讨长期大量饮酒对大鼠性功能的影响。方法将30只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组,20%酒精剂量组和40%酒精剂量组。分别以生理盐水、20%和40%食用酒精各2mL给大鼠灌胃,每日1次。3个月后,观察各组大鼠性行为和药物诱发阴茎勃起的变化;用酶放大物理发光仪测定各组大鼠血清睾酮的含量;测定阴茎平滑肌中一氧化氮合成酶的总量。结果与对照组相比,20%酒精剂量组和40%酒精剂量组大鼠性行为、血清睾酮含量和阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶活性有统计学意义(P<0.05),40%酒精剂量组大鼠的药物诱发阴茎勃起实验也受到抑制(P<0.05)。结论大鼠长期大量饮酒后性功能障碍,其机制与血浆睾酮含量降低,阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶活性降低有关。
Objective This study explored the long-term heavy drinking on the sexual function of rats. Methods Thirty male rats were randomly divided into control group, 20% alcohol group and 40% alcohol group. Rats were given gavage with physiological saline, 20% and 40% edible alcohol respectively, once daily. Three months later, the changes of sexual behavior and drug-induced penile erection in each group were observed. The content of serum testosterone in each group was measured by amplifying physical luminometer, and the total amount of nitric oxide synthase in penis smooth muscle was measured. Results Compared with the control group, the sexual behavior, serum testosterone and nitric oxide synthase activity in the penis tissue of 20% alcohol group and 40% alcohol group were statistically significant (P <0.05), 40% alcohol dose Drug-induced penile erection in rats was also inhibited (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term heavy drinking in rats after sexual dysfunction, and its mechanism of plasma testosterone levels, penile tissue nitric oxide synthase activity decreased.
