一、基本情况 “环境友好石油化工催化化学与化学反应工程”(以下简称“环境友好”)是国家自然科学基金委员会于1996年立项,与中国石油化工集团公司(以下简称中石化)联合资助的“九五”国家自然科学基金重大项目。该项目以发展独特、先进和环境友好的石油化工新技术为背景,在导向性基础研究、推动技术创新的开拓性探索和开发环境友好新技术的生长点三个层次进行部署,选定当时石化工业4个关键技术的科学问题为研究内容,突出学科交叉和产学研结合的特色与优势,在知识创新、技术创新、
First, the basic situation “Environmentally friendly petrochemical catalytic chemistry and chemical reaction engineering” (hereinafter referred to as “environment-friendly”) is the National Natural Science Foundation of China project in 1996, and China Petrochemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Sinopec) jointly funded “ Nine Five ”National Natural Science Foundation of China major project.
