用键槽铣刀铣槽,由于侧向力的作用,铣刀与键槽容易偏移。中心偏移的键槽会给装配带来困难,并使键联接可靠性降低。目前,机床主轴、各类传动轴等比较重要的轴类,键槽对中心偏移一般要求控制在0.1mm之内。而某些特殊的轴类,例如165柴油机凸轮轴,键槽的偏移将直接影响到配气角度,影响柴油机的各项性能。因此,要求严格控制在0.05mm之内。一、键槽偏移的原因
