通过试验分析,研究了钢吊车梁在滚动吊车轮压作用下腹板上部区域的局部扭转应力、局部挤压应力、最大剪应力等的变化规律,提出了相应的计算公式。根据实际冶金厂房中钢吊车梁破坏的现场资料,验证了水平的最大剪应力循环是导致吊车梁上部区域早期疲劳破坏的主要原因,提出了重级工作制钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳强度的验算公式。
Through experimental analysis, the variation laws of local torsional stress, local compression stress, and maximum shear stress in the upper part of the steel crane beam under rolling wheel pressure are studied, and corresponding calculation formulas are proposed. According to the field data of the steel crane beam damage in the actual metallurgical workshop, it is verified that the horizontal maximum shear stress cycle is the main cause of early fatigue failure in the upper area of the crane beam, and the formula for checking the fatigue strength of the upper region of the heavy duty crane steel beam is proposed. .
