以复合材料加筋夹层板为研究对象,基于有限元分析,对其固有振动特性的影响规律进行了研究。对比分析了一字型、十字型、卄字型及井字形不同加筋结构方案夹层板的静刚度及固有振动特性;研究了宽高比对加筋板固有振动频率的影响;对比探讨了一字型加筋板加强筋芯材弹性模量变化对结构固有振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:适当选择加筋形式、加强筋宽高比以及加强筋芯材能有效提高复合材料加筋夹层板的静刚度及固有振动特性。
Based on the finite element analysis, the influence laws of the inherent vibration characteristics of composite sandwich panels are studied. The static stiffness and natural vibration characteristics of sandwich panels with different stiffeners were compared and analyzed. The effects of aspect ratio on the natural frequency of stiffened panels were studied. Effect of Variation of Elastic Modulus of Stiffened Core Stiffeners on Natural Vibration Characteristics of Structure. The results show that proper choice of stiffened form, stiffener aspect ratio and stiffener core can effectively improve the static stiffness and natural vibration characteristics of composite stiffened sandwich panels.
