Objective To study the correlation between blood glucose level and secondary cerebral infarction after emergency craniocerebral trauma. Methods Ninety-two patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into two groups. The blood glucose level of 46 patients in the treatment group was controlled at 3.9-6.1 mmol / L, while that in the control group was 6.1-11.1 mmol / L. The secondary brain was compared between the two groups The incidence of infarction and efficacy. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of secondary cerebral infarction in the treatment group was significantly lower (P <0.05) and the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher (P <0.01). The level of blood glucose control (r = 0.324, The incidence of secondary cerebral infarction after trauma was significantly positively correlated. Conclusion The blood glucose level is closely related to the occurrence of secondary cerebral infarction in patients with craniocerebral injury. In clinic, we should pay attention to the reasonable control of blood glucose to reduce secondary cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis of patients.
