本文对“中美预防神经管畸形合作项目”于1992年至1993年收集到的642例NTD的发生部位进行分析。病例来自河北、山西、江苏、浙江四个省的部份公(市)。其中男性241例(37.5%)、女性398例(62.2%)两性畸形3例(0.5%);北方501例(78.0%),南方141例(22.0%)。结果发现北方与南河的NTD各类型构成比之间有非常大的差别,北方的脊柱型(主要是胸椎型)比例较高,而南方则头颅型(主要是顶枕型)的构成比较高(P<0.001);女性的颅脊型高于男性(P<0.05)。地区和性别分布的差异提示NTD发病原因中环境因素及遗传因素共同存在。
This article analyzes the incidence of 642 cases of NTD collected from 1992 to 1993 in the Sino-US Prevention of Nerve Tube Deformity Project. Cases from Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, four provinces in some of the public (city). There were 241 males (37.5%), 398 (62.2%) males and 3 males (0.5%), 501 cases (78.0%) in the north and 141 cases (22.0% . The results showed that there was a very large difference between the NTD types in the north and south rivers. The ratio of the spine type (mainly the thoracic type) in the north was higher while that in the south was higher (mainly the top pillow type) P <0.001). The female’s crook was higher than the male (P <0.05). The differences in the distribution of regions and genders suggest that environmental factors and genetic factors co-exist in the pathogenesis of NTD.
