面对经济发展中如影随形的高消耗、高污染和资源环境约束问题,我国开始寻求经济增长模式的全面转变,走节约型发展道路。党的十六大五中全会更是提出建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会。目前,我国的社区发展和房地产投资开发还处于传统经济的“大量生产、大量消费、大量废弃”的增长模式,建设循环经济社区将成为未来居住区建设和开发的必然趋势。
Confronted with the problems of high consumption, high pollution and resource and environment constrained by economic development, China began to seek an all-round change in economic growth mode and take a saving-oriented development path. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC National Congress proposed to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. At present, China’s community development and real estate investment and development are still in the traditional economy of “mass production, mass consumption, a large number of abandoned” growth model, building a recycling economy community will become the inevitable trend of the construction and development of residential areas in the future.
