我院应用吡喹酮治疗9例囊虫病,效果良好。男5例,女4例,年龄6～45岁,病程2～9年。本组脑型囊虫病5例,单纯皮肤肌肉型囊虫病3例,脑型囊虫病和皮肤肌肉型1例。脑型囊虫病5例中,以癫痫为主要症状,以往粪便经常有绦虫妊娠片。经头部CT检查确诊,皮肤肌肉型囊虫病3例均经活检确诊。9例经对症及口服囊虫丸、中药等治疗效果差。改用吡喹 Praziquantel treatment of 9 cases of cysticercosis in our hospital, the effect is good. 5 males and 4 females, aged 6 to 45 years old, duration of 2 to 9 years.
