为解决细粉料干式强磁选分选效果差、台时产量低等一系列问题,新研制了高效干式细粉料强磁选设备——双环形移动磁系干式细粉料磁选机。该设备集磁性料预富集与精选、非磁性料扫选等功能于一体,但各功能区又相对独立,整个分选过程无需细粉料充分分散,解决了因细粉料团聚力大而难以干式选别的问题;设备采用长距离双环形移动磁系,大大加长分选区域,是实现高效分选的关键所在;在分选钢渣粉等含有水化活性成分的物料时,该设备既能有效保护水化活性成分不被破坏,又能高效提取其中的磁性矿物,使钢渣粉水泥混合材的品质提高1个等级。对平均粒径为30μm、比表面积为307 m2/kg、铁品位为14.86%(磁性矿物含量为30.09%)的太钢钢渣粉的分选表明,所得精矿的铁品位和回收率分别可达32.21%(磁性矿物含量为65.22%)和90.30%,干选尾矿的活性指数提高了15个百分点以上。该设备适合从含有水化活性成分的细粉料中高效干选出磁性矿物。
