长期以来,我国的教育一直处在教师讲授为主,学生被动接受为辅的不平衡状态,为了改变现状,近年来教育部开始对我国现行中学各课程进行改革。《基础教育改革纲要》明确指出:教师教学行为的变化和学生学习方式的改善是本次课程改革成功与否的重要标志。而学生学习方式的转变又是以教师教学行为的变化为前提的。作为一名生物教师,在课改的实施过程中深切的体会到,新课程改革要成功进行,教师必须有如下几点思考和转变。
For a long time, education in our country has always been based on the imbalance of teachers’ teaching and passive acceptance of students. In order to change the status quo, in recent years, the Ministry of Education has begun to reform the existing secondary schools in our country. The Essentials of Basic Education Reform clearly pointed out: The change of teachers ’teaching behavior and the improvement of students’ learning styles are the important symbols of the successful reform of this course. The change of students ’learning mode is based on the change of teachers’ teaching behavior. As a biological teacher, I deeply realized in the course of implementing the curriculum reform that the new curriculum reform should be carried out successfully and teachers must think and change as follows.
