将数字信号处理、多媒体、安全防范和基于 TCP/IP协议的网络通信技术与传统的变电站监控系统结合起来 ,提出了一个应用于无人值班变电站的多媒体网络 RTU(MNRTU)的新构想。与现有的 RTU相比 ,MNRTU不但能完成基本的“四遥”功能 ,而且能够实现诸如多媒体实时监控、变电站自动报警、IP电话等特色功能 ,同时也使得高速通道的带宽资源得到了高效利用。然而 ,现有的 SCADA系统还不能直接获取和解析 MNRTU的 IP数据报文 ,结合工程实际 ,文中设计了一个简单实用的技术方案 ,较好地解决了 MNRTU和现有 SCADA系统的通信接口问题
Combining digital signal processing, multimedia, security and network communication technology based on TCP / IP with traditional substation monitoring system, a new concept of multimedia network RTU (MNRTU) for unmanned substation is proposed. Compared with the existing RTU, the MNRTU can not only accomplish basic “four remote” functions, but also realize special functions such as real-time monitoring of multimedia, automatic alarm of substation, IP phone and the like, and also efficiently utilize bandwidth resources of high-speed channels . However, the existing SCADA system can not directly acquire and parse the IP data message of the MNRTU. According to the actual project, a simple and practical technical solution is designed in the article, which solves the problem of the communication interface between the MNRTU and the existing SCADA system
