面点工艺是中职烹饪专业的重要课程之一,是学生将来从事面点加工工作必需具备的基本知识和基本技能。因此,作为面点工艺教师,应该在注重理论知识学习的前提下,加强培养学生的实践操作技能。如今教学理念发生转变,要体现学生的主体地位,尊重学生的人格,注重学生学习兴趣的培养,尤其是那些身体上有残疾的学生,如聋哑学生,教师应该付出更多的努力去关注和教育他们。结合多年的教学经验,就注重学生兴趣的面点工艺教学进行了探讨。
Noodle craft is one of the important courses in secondary vocational cooking major, which is the basic knowledge and basic skills that students must have in the processing of pasta in the future. Therefore, as a pastry craft teachers, should pay attention to the theoretical knowledge of learning under the premise of strengthening the training of students’ practical skills. Today’s teaching philosophy changes, we must reflect the dominant position of students, respect for the personality of students, focus on the development of students’ interest in learning, especially those physically disabled students, such as deaf students, teachers should pay more efforts to focus and Educate them. Combined with years of teaching experience, focusing on students interested in noodle craft teaching were discussed.
