我厂打桩机,微粒粉碎机及灯具等产品中有若干不同尺寸、规格需经冷挤压成型的零件,其材质主要是铝合金、锡磷青铜及碳素钢。成型合格率与压制速度及作用力大小有很大关系,亦即这两个主要参数随零件的规格形式、材质及尺寸大小而改变。我们原采用其冲头速度和作用力不可调的曲柄式机械压力机来加工这些零件,以致成品率及工效都很不尽人意。为此我们设计了采用图1所示的多速换接回路的油压成型机,使压制速度和作用力的切换快速可靠,满足了生产所需。产品合格平均提高3.3倍,工效提高4.5倍。

Molding pass rate and compression speed and the size of the force has a great relationship, that is, the two main parameters with the parts of the form, material and size change. We originally used crank-type mechanical presses whose punch speed and force were not adjustable to process these parts, resulting in unsatisfactory yield and ergonomics. To this end, we designed the hydraulic press using the multi-speed changeover circuit as shown in Fig. 1, which makes the pressing speed and force switching fast and reliable, and meets the requirements of production. 3.3 times the average product qualification, work efficiency increased 4.5 times.
