自主是一种管理的理想境界。班级自主管理和自主学习的前提是学生自主。班级实现自主管理,学生学会自主学习,是对教育本质的回归。自主管理包括学生对学生的管理和学生个体的自身管理。一个人的成长,离不开外在环境的影响、机制的约束和个人的主观努力。其中机制的约束对个人思想和行为具有极其重要的影响。学生的成长更离不开成熟健康的机制的作用。
Autonomy is an ideal state of management. Class self-management and self-learning is based on the premise of student autonomy. Self-management of classes, students learn to learn, is the return of the nature of education. Self-management includes students’ management of students and self-management of students.
