关于改制后国有企业的人力资源管理,本文主要是按以下思路去进行思考的。其一是剖析国有企业人力资源管理的现状与成因;其二是剖析人力资源管理的特点和业务内容决定了国有企业要创新传统的部门式专业人事管理模式;其三是提出改制后国有企业人力资源管理的对策。
With regard to the human resources management of the state-owned enterprises after the restructuring, this article mainly reflects on the following ideas. The first is to analyze the status quo and causes of human resource management in state-owned enterprises. The second is to analyze the characteristics of human resource management and business content, which determine that state-owned enterprises should innovate the traditional departmental professional personnel management mode. The third is to propose the post- Resource management strategy.
