混凝土搅拌站的污水处理一般采用直线式沉淀沟。如果场地狭小,也可以采用往复式沉淀沟进行处理。往复式沉淀沟的构造见图1、2、3。往复式沉淀沟污水处理的原理是利用180°的大转弯加快泥浆颗粒直线运动的减速,以加快沉淀作用。整个处理过程是:刷罐、刷车的污水先经过沉淀池①~③,将石子、砂子粗颗粒进行沉淀。然后,流入往复式沉淀沟④~⑨,沉淀泥浆。

The principle of the reciprocating sedimentary channel sewage treatment is to use a large 180° turn to accelerate the deceleration of the linear motion of the mud particles to accelerate the precipitation. The entire process is as follows: The sewage from the brush tank and brush truck passes through the sedimentation tanks 1 to 3 first, and the coarse particles of stones and sand are precipitated. Then, it flows into the reciprocating sedimentary channels 4-9 to precipitate the slurry.
