规范高效的知识产权管理机制是保障产业技术创新战略联盟良性发展的基石。以契约为基础的联盟内部知识产权管理机制包括知识产权评估、归属、共享、转让、收益分配及纠纷解决机制。在考察和评价陕西省已有联盟的知识产权管理运行实践基础上,从完善成员间知识产权管理的合同约定、健全联盟共享知识产权管理机制等方面提出优化陕西省联盟知识产权管理契约安排的对策建议。
Standard and efficient management of intellectual property rights is to protect the sound development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance cornerstone. Contractual-based coalition internal IP management mechanisms include mechanisms for assessing, vesting, sharing, transferring, distributing revenue and resolving disputes. On the basis of reviewing and evaluating the operation and practice of the existing alliance intellectual property management in Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the contractual arrangement of intellectual property management in Shaanxi Province based on the improvement of the contractual stipulation of intellectual property management among members and the improvement of the management mechanism of IPR sharing by alliances Suggest.
