1975年2月一机部农机局在烟台召开低熔点合金模具推广应用会议以后,我厂进行了低熔点合金模的试制工作,7月,我们又参加了在山东莱阳召开的经验交流和鉴定会,会上,学习了兄弟厂的先进经验,提高了认识,找出了差距,决心要奋起直追迎头赶上。于1975年10月上旬试制成功了大型模具——上罩本体低熔点合金拉深成型模,又于10月下旬试制成功了压装后轮幅板的低熔点合金模具。这些模具的试制成功对完成我厂生产任务起了一定的作用。 由于大型低熔点合金模试制成功,对今后铁牛-55型拖拉机的新罩板的试制和加快制造生产所需的大型模具提供了“多快好省”的途径。
