随着社会网络应用系统在企业中的实施与日俱增,这类系统对员工的影响已成为学界和业界所关注的重要议题,在已有文献的基础上,以企业内部博客为例,构建了企业社会网络应用系统使用行为对员工组织承诺的影响模型,界定了企业内部博客使用行为对员工组织承诺的正面影响。进而,利用一个企业的实际调研数据,对该模型进行了实证检验。结果表明,企业内部博客系统使用行为对员工的组织承诺水平存在着总体上的正面影响。将使用行为进行分类后的进一步分析发现,信息获取活动、关系沟通活动以及所收到的反馈对员工的组织承诺均存在显著的正向影响,在此基础上,文章还探讨了研究结果的管理意义。
With the implementation of social network application system in the enterprise is increasing day by day, the influence of such system on the staff has become an important issue concerned by the academia and the industry. Based on the existing literature and taking the blog in the enterprise as an example, The impact model of network application system usage on employees ’organizational commitment defines the positive impact of the internal use of blogs on employees’ organizational commitment. Furthermore, using the actual research data of a company, this model is empirically tested. The results show that the use of internal corporate blog system has an overall positive impact on employees’ organizational commitment. A further analysis of the behaviorally-based categorization found that there was a significant positive effect of information acquisition activities, relationship communication activities, and feedback received on organizational commitment of employees, and on the basis of this, the article also explored the management of research results significance.
