目前,井巷掘进施工工艺主要有综合机械化和钻眼爆破两种施工方法。前者虽然有作业连续、机械化程度高等优点,但是由于机械设备重、钻具寿命短、成本高和适用范围的限制等缺点,还未能在岩巷掘进中大量采用。特别在坚硬岩层中,钻眼爆破法仍是更有效和最经济的方法。因此,进一步发展和改善钻眼爆破技术,提高炸药能量利用率,改进钻眼爆破参数,提高钻眼爆破效率,对提高建井工程效益有着重要意义。
At present, there are mainly two kinds of construction methods of mechanized tunneling and blasting in well excavation construction technology. Although the former has the advantages of continuous operation and high degree of mechanization, it has not been widely used in rock tunneling due to the shortcomings of heavy mechanical equipment, short drilling tool life, high cost and limited application range. Drilling eye blasting is still a more effective and economical method, especially in hard rock formations. Therefore, it is of great significance to further develop and improve the drilling blasting technology, improve the energy efficiency of explosives, improve the drilling blasting parameters and improve the efficiency of drilling blasting, which is of great significance to improving the efficiency of drilling engineering.
