柴油机在工作中,如果机油压力低于0.2MPa或随发动机转速变化而忽高忽低,甚至油压突然降至零,应立即停机查找原因,待故障排除后方可继续工作,否则会酿成烧瓦、拉缸等。1压力表失灵或油管堵塞若压力表失灵,或由主油道至压力表油管因污垢积聚而流通不畅时,机油压力会明显下降。可在发动机低速空转时,陆续松开油管接头,根据涌出油流的情况确定故障部位,然后通洗油管或更换压力表。不同型号的发动机须加不同的机油,同种机型在不同的季节也应采用不2机油牌号不对或质量不合格
